As the trial court determined the battery offense to be included within the robbery charge, appellant received no sentence for the battery. On the robbery, confinement, and theft counts, appellant received the maximum terms of fifty (50), twenty(20) and three (3) years, respectively, to be served consecutively for an executed sentence of seventy-three (73) years.
