ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice. Plaintiff John Wesely Horejsi, through his guardian ad litem, appeals from the summary judgment dismissing that part of his cause of action against his parents, Wallace and Karen Horejsi, which was based upon the doctrine of respondeat superior. We affirm.
