Defendants-appellants Henry Bustos and Harold Satizabal each pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance (cocaine) in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Soon they regretted having done so. They appeal the denial of their pre-sentencing motions to withdraw their guilty pleas. They also appeal two sentencing decisions of the district court: the denial of a two-level downward adjustment for acceptance of responsibility and the grant of a three-level upward adjustment for role in the offense. The district court had jurisdiction pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3231. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and 18 U.S.C. § 3742. We affirm.
