CHARLES W. JOINER, Senior District Judge. Clifton Cameron and Paul Tinson appeal the district court's denial of a motion to dismiss indictments charging them with possession of cocaine base with intent to distribute, and aiding and abetting, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Their initial trial ended when the trial court declared a mistrial over defendants' objections. Defendants allege that retrial would violate the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment. We disagree, and affirm the district court's denial of defendants' motion to dismiss.
